Born 8/31/1922 in Tacoma, WA and passed away 11/11/2007 in Fircrest, WA surrounded by his loving family. Bert, cantankerous old golfer landed in sand came out with a birdie. Bert was a graduate of Stadium HS 41’, President of Allenmore Men’s Club, and a member of First Lutheran Church. Bert is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Bernice “Bee”; 4 children Donald (Kathy); Kristine; Teresa (Debbie Good); Gretchen Coulter; grandson, Kristofor (Erika) Coulter. Service to be held 2PM Wednesday, 11/14/07 at First Lutheran Church, 524 S. “I” St. Tacoma. Interment with military honors to be held at Tahoma National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to First Lutheran “roof fund”. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial Center 253-566-1008.
