Beth Dubuc Jedziniak
March 13th, 1955 - May 25th, 2009
"Chicopee, Beth Ann (Dubuc) Jedziniak, 54, passed away in the evening of May 25, 2009, surrounded by her husband of 18 years, Frank F. Jedziniak, her mother, Joyce Blackmer Dubuc, her sisters, Linda Maiolo, Mary Lou Lefebvre, and Joyce Motroni, her brothers, Richard Dubuc, Thomas Dubuc, and Paul Dubuc, her cousin, Kathleen Weller, Rev. Daniel B. Brunton, and Rev. Thomas M. Shea. Beth was predeceased by her father, Arthur "Cook" Dubuc in 1989. Beth was a 1972 graduate of South Hadley High School and a 1976 graduate of Johnson Business School. She worked at Mount Holyoke College for many years and most recently as a prep cook at the former Heidi's Restaurant for 15 years before it closed in 2008. Beth will also be missed by her brother, Arthur Dubuc of Key West, FL, brothers-in-law David Motroni, Stephen Lefebvre, Donald McCullough and Benjamin Young, sisters-in-law, Julie Spencer Dubuc, Donna Leblanc Dubuc, and Tracy Meehan Dubuc, Dorothy Jedziniak Maybrey, and Christine Jedziniak McCullough. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, her uncle, John Brainard, her cousin, Jeannie Devine, and her many other cousins and friends. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church Saturday, May 30th at 10:00 a.m. Burial is private. Calling hours will be on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at Beers and Story South Hadley Funeral Home, 646 Newton Street, (Rte. 116).
