Kolcum, Bette Ann, 72, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, April 29, 2005. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, she came here in 2002 from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was a retired employee of U.S.A.A. Insurance in Norfolk, Va. and was a member of St. Paul?s Catholic Church. She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Kolcum of Richmond, Virginia; two sons, Gregory Kolcum of St. Petersburg and Brian Kolcum of Ruther Glen, Virginia; and two grandchildren, Carissa Kolcum of St. Petersburg and Meghan Kolcum of Ruther Glen, Virginia.
