Adamek, Betty F., 62, of Seminole and a native of St. Petersburg, died Sunday October 7, 2001 at St. Anthony?s Hospital in St. Petersburg. She retired from the family business, where she was an office manager for Adamek Builders Supply in Pinellas Park. She was Protestant. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, John E. of Seminole, one daughter, Sherry Adamek of Seminole, one son, Stan Adamek of Pinellas Park, her mother, Maxine Townsend of St. Petersburg, three brothers, Donald Fillmon of Clearwater, Fred Fillmon of Dallas TX, and Robert Townsend of St. Petersburg. Memorial Contributions may be made to: Hospice of Florida Suncoast, 300 East Bay Dr., Largo, FL 33770.
