Betty M. Auxter, 81 of Auburn died on August 24, 2006. She was born on May 1, 1925 in Weiser, Idaho and has lived in Auburn for 49 years. Betty worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad as a Telegraph Operator during WWII and also retired from Boeing as a Clerk-Secretary after 10 years. Survived by her husband Archie; two daughters, Christie Landry, Seattle and Terrill Stratton, MN. Brother, Robert Haverfield, ID; sister June Cataina, Clovis, CA; Step-son Charles Auxter, SC and Step-daughter Arlene Bishop, CA; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Viewing times Tuesday and Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm. at Klontz Funeral Home, 410 Auburn Way N. Auburn. Graveside Services 10:30 AM Thursday August 31, 2006 at Mt. View Cemetery, Auburn.
