Betty Lorraine Davis Lakey

Betty Lorraine Davis Lakey, age 74 of Peralta NM, born October 11, 1941, passed away on April 16, 2016 surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was retired from GTE Lenkurt and homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Forest and Viola Davis, a brother Marion Davis, and son Craig Lakey. She is survived by her husband, Richard Lakey; her twin brother, Donald and wife Joann Davis of Farmington, NM and sister in law Helen Davis of Albuquerque NM, one son Dwayne and wife Peggy Peters of Alma Ark, Three daughters- Charlotte Goodall of Socorro NM, Amy and husband Daniel Todd of Siloam Springs, Ark and Viann Marr of Los Lunas NM, one daughter in law Irene Lakey of Los Lunas NM, 14 grandkids, 22 greatgrandkids, one great great grandkid. Pallbearers will be Curtis Marr, Josh Goodall, Tyler Peters, Lee Lakey, Rusty Goodall, and Logan Williams. There will be a celebration of her life Wednesday April 20, 2016 at Riverside Funeral Home in Los Lunas NM with burial at Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque NM.
