Betty Lou Phillips

Our Beloved mother, sister, and friend, Ms. Betty Lou Philips left this world on Mother's Day 5/8/2022. She was the fun mom, the kind mom, the strong mom, and a nurse mom. She left this world peacefully and surrounded by love. She was loved beyond measure. She will live on in the many people she touched on her journey through life. She gave 67 years of kindness, love, and joy to this world. She was special, she had that spark! You, could see it in her eyes! She lit up a room like sunshine! She was an empath, and always knew just what to do and say to really change someone's day and sometimes, their life. Ms. Betty Lou is now reunited with her dearly departed mother, "Melba/Granny-Bird". They are likely, sitting on an old oak swing together somewhere singing their favorite song "Amazing Grace". Ms. Betty Lou will be holding space for the ones she loved most: her two daughters Melissa and Amanda, her son Jacob, her grandchildren Dylan and Scarlett and, her great grandson Giovanni. She was the youngest of 5 siblings; she had 3 brothers and 1 sister. She was the alpha (the first sibling to leave this Earth) and the omega (the last sibling to be born). Sending all our love letters to God, for blessing us with such a beautiful soul. Until we meet again, we love you, and will miss you dearly.
