Warner Robins, GA. – Betty “Lynn” Rackley, 62, went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, on Friday, August 26, 2016. A graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 2:00PM in Andersonville National Cemetery. Pastor Phil Bryant will officiate. Lynn was born in Roanoke, Virginia on April 29, 1953 to Mr. and Mrs. John R. and Barbara Hill. She was a member of Sandy Valley Baptist Church and was known for her sweet spirit and kind heart. She was an avid animal lover and adored her dog Roscoe. Lynn was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be greatly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Rackley; father John R. Hill; daughter Shelby Rackley; niece Kelly Hill; paternal grandparents Hugh Frances and Pearl Hill; Maternal grandparents Betty and Ernest Lunsford; mother and father in law Ruth and Milton Rackley; father in law Mr. Murry Griffin; brother in-law David Hastings; and sister in law Janice Barnhart. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Hicks, Florida; mother, Barbara Hill, Warner Robins; two sisters, Ellen Hastings, Warner Robins; Rosemary Stephens (Ward), Warner Robins; two brothers, John Hill Jr., Warner Robins; David Brian Hill (Dorothy), Bonaire; brother and sister in-law, John and Charlene Rackley, Kathleen; seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
