Beverly Ann Ferry

It is with great sadness that the family of Beverly Ann Ferry of Summerville, SC announces her passing on Friday, April 14th, 2017 at the age of 81, after a long battle with cancer. Beverly is the daughter of the late Charles and Faye (Lamberson) Souders of Hustontown, PA. She graduated from Hustontown High School, Hustontown PA, class of 1955. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert E. Ferry, of St.Thomas PA, brother Barry (wife Barbra) Souders of Sanford, NC, and John (Rudy) (wife Pat) Souders of St.Thomas, PA. Beverly’s generous spirit and kindness will be greatly missed by her family which includes her daughter Lisa (husband Edward) Riddle of Summerville, SC, her grandsons Ian and Alexander, her son Michael (wife Char) Ferry of Germantown, MD, her brother Charles (Dick) (wife Mary) Souders of Chambersburg, PA, brother Glenn (wife Sandy) Souders of Jefferson, MD, sister Bonnie (husband Ted) Kelly of Boiling Springs, PA, sister Cass Stryker of Wellington, Florida, and sister Mary Jane Hoover of Nanticoke, PA. Beverly will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. Memorial Services will be held at 11am, Friday, April 28th at the Stallsville United Methodist Church, 255 Stallsville Road, Summerville, SC. Beverly will be buried at the Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC alongside her husband, Robert, at a later date.
