Bill Ross Thompson

Bill "Billy" Ross Thompson, 55 of Commerce City, Colorado died on Saturday, May 25, 2013, in Commerce City, Colorado. He was born Saturday, April 5, 1958 in Grant, New Mexico, he was the son of William Thompson and the late Johnnie Schribner Thompson. He was preceded in death by a sister Kathy Thompson as well as his mother. Billy was known for his creative abilities in building and construction. He worked on some famous Denver buildings such as: the Convention Center, Denver Pavillion, Denver Aquarium, 16th Street Mall, Denver Civic Center and even was influential in the constuction of at least 1 U.S. Embassy in a foreign country. One time he began building a clubhouse for one of his boys and it turned into more of an apartment than a clubhouse. He also made many boxes, containers and jewelry boxes as well. Billy also loved anything outdoors: whether gardening or going for a hike. Taking a fishing trip or just camping out. He loved to travel. One memory that his children have is going to Deckers. Surviving are sons, Billy Thompson, II, Trevor Ross Thompson and Vincent (Judy) Delise, daughter, Nickco Martinez, brother, John (Erma) Thompson, sisters, Donna Thompson and Jeanie Thompson. Also surviving are Grandchildren: Dominique Milligan, Angaleeya Martinez, and Khloe Montoya. Many additional family members including: Nieces, Melissa, Sonya, Christina and Kristy Rae and Nephews, John John and Joshua.
