Billie Ralph Rogers, 65 of St. Petersburg passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2009. He served in the Air Force as well as working in the construction industry during his civilian career. Survivors include his loving family, including 5 sisters; Polly Phillips, Molly Rogers, Shirley Reach, JoAnne Bailey, and Merrill Donald; brother Terrill Rogers; son Billie Ralph Rogers, Jr.; daughter Miranda Geffon; and 7 grandchildren, Jake, Jaeden, Michael, Chloe, Clayton, Brittany, and Haley. Private cremation services are planned. David C. Gross Funeral Home is serving the family. Service Information
