Blake Harris Allen passed away of heart failure on December 28th, 2018. He was born in 1956 in Guymon, Oklahoma, and moved to Colorado Springs in 1967. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda, and cherished daughter, Kasey and her husband, Travis Weaver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Frances Allen, and two sisters, Shelley Allen and Sandra Powell. Blake began his career after college as a stockbroker, and started and invested in numerous business ventures. He loved remodeling old homes, and flipped dozens through the years. One of his greatest joys was music, and he developed a wonderful community of friends and music lovers through his website Music Boomerang. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 6th at 2 pm at the Ute Pass Cultural Center, 210 E Midland Ave, Woodland Park, CO 80863. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Blakes memory may be made to Salvation Army.
