Bliff C. Barnes, 88, died December 18, 2016. Funeral Services celebrating his life will held 11:00AM Wednesday December 21, 2016 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel. Interment will be in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. A native of Iredell County, Bliff was the son of the late Julia Eckerd and Lee Barnes. He also was preceded in death by his wife Sarah Weston, and nine siblings. He was retired from Metal Processors of Kernersville. Survivors include his sons Dennis Barnes and Allison, Terry Barnes and Terri, Brian Barnes, and Kevin Barnes; grandchildren Derrick, Jenny, and Justin; three great-grandchildren; daughter Lisa Hosford; brother Devon Barnes and Irene; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.
