Bobby Dale Bryant

Bobby Dale Boog Bryant, a long-time resident of Albuquerque, passed away on May 18, 2013. He was born to Leona Bryant McGann in Wichita Falls, Texas January 22, 1937, and graduated from Vernon High School in Vernon, Texas in 1955. Bob served in the United States Army, worked for many years for Santa Fe Trails Trucking and eventually retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2002. He is survived by his wife, Lanette Bryant; a daughter, Kelley Ferguson and her partner, Mike Acosta, of Duncan, Arizona; a son, Russell Rusty Bryant and his wife Lily, of Albuquerque; and two step-daughters, Julie McGowan and her husband, Marty, of Albuquerque, and Janet Krause and her husband, Mark, of Phoenix, Arizona. Bob was the proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, with two more on the way. Having never met a stranger, Bob also leaves behind a host of friends. Bob's greatest pleasure in life was making other people laugh. We mourn his passing, but celebrate the gift of his presence in our lives.
