Bobby Denton Donoho

Bob Donoho August 1, 1936 - February 20, 2008 Age: 71 Residence: Greeley, Colorado Tribute: Bobby Denton Donoho was born in Chelsea, Oklahoma on August 1, 1936 to Hardy and Joan (Crouch) Donoho. After high school, Bob enlisted in the US Army where he was stationed in Germany with the 11th Airborne. He greatly enjoyed his military service, and often recounted his adventures and pride of being a paratrooper. After the military he met Delores Schreiner, the love of his life to whom he was married for 48 years. He found his home in Colorado, and had a great sense of place there. He worked as a soldier, real estate agent, sales person and driver. Many who remember Bob will know that he was a very humorous person, and a wonderful husband and father. He always enjoyed a good joke, and was extremely adept at fixing things. Bob was very well read and could discuss a wide range of topics. He could quickly make friends with his engaging personality, and cared deeply for his family. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and children, painting, reading, fishing, old cars and his dog Frank. He passed away on February 20, 2008 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO. Survivors: Wife, Delores Donoho of Greeley; daughter Jennifer Tennal and husband Brian of Hudson, CO; son, Ron Donoho and wife Charla of Ft. Collins, CO; and two brothers, Don Donoho of Diamond, MO and Jim Donoho of Neosho, MO. Proceeded in death by: Parents; sister, Judy Donoho; and brother, Keith Donoho. Services: 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Adamson West Chapel in Greeley. Visitation: Friends may visit Sunday from 1:00 �" 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Note: Cremation.
