Bobby Gene Lloyd September 8, 1961 †" September 8, 2018 Bobby passed away on his 57th birthday in Denver, Colorado. Born to Margaret and Ernest Lloyd in Denver, Colorado. He is survived by his loving family; wife Ivy, son†™s Robert (Sara) Lloyd & Justin Stienfeldt, brother†™s Ernest (Sharen) Lloyd & David (Nancy) Lloyd, his mother Margaret and 9 nephews, 4 nieces, and numerous close friends. Preceded in death by father Ernest Lloyd. Bobby grew up in Edgewater, Colorado on Harlan Street. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1979. Bobby worked in HVAC for over 30 years. He had a passion for auto racing and was the Rookie Driver of the Year in 1997 at Rocky Mountain National Speedway, where he also won the championship for the Econo class. Bobby always had the best 4th of July celebration†™s with his awesome firework show. He was proud of his life-like replica of the Apollo 11 and was famous for his queso dip. He loved his celebrations each year, including the St. Patrick†™s Day parade and the annual celebration of his friend, Karl at Mt. Evans in August. Bobby lost a long brave battle after being critically injured in a house fire on March 6th 2018. Bobby was loved by all and will be missed by all. Rest in Peace my love.
