Bonnie Lee Gartner
May 4th, 1941 - November 5th, 2023
Bonnie Lee Currie Gartner, born on May 4, 1941, embraced life with a warm and caring heart until she peacefully passed away on November 5, 2023. Surrounded by the love of her family, Bonnie's legacy lives on in the cherished memories of those lives’ she touched. Bonnie is survived by her siblings, Patricia Pavicic, Ruth Currie, John (Jack) Currie, Martin Currie, and Craig Currie. She is also survived by her five children, Cindy Cornman and her husband, Ray Cornman, George Gartner, Scott Phillips-Gartner and his husband Andrew Phillips-Gartner, Susan McManimon and her husband Gerald McManimon, Patrick Gartner and his wife, Daniela Gartner and her daughter in law, Susan Gartner. She leaves behind a beautiful tapestry of family where her spirit continues to flow and shine through her twelve grandchildren—Matthew, Heather, Kevin, John (Jack), Timothy, Kailey, Isabella, Sofia, Luca, Crystal, Shaun, and Vincent—and her six great-grandsons—Blake, Christopher, Cayden, Mason, Brooks, and Tyler. Born in South River, NJ, Bonnie found immense joy in her family, her friends, and the simple pleasures of life. She was a nurturing soul who raised her children in the close-knit community of Milltown, NJ. During her professional journey, Bonnie worked with dedication at Personal Products. In her leisure moments, Bonnie's heart soared with joy as she watched the delicate butterflies flutter by, their wings ablaze with color. She marveled at the graceful dance of the dragonflies, their bodies shimmering in the sunlight. She had a passion for spending quality time with her friends and family. On holiday, Bonnie’s meals were always special. She would carefully select the ingredients and prepare the dishes with love. She wanted each meal to be a celebration of life and love. She found joy in the little things—watching her favorite shows like Wheel of Fortune and indulging in playful games on her computer. In her later years, Bonnie found her way to the sunny shores of St. Petersburg, FL, where she shared precious moments with her sister, Patricia, soaking in the warmth of the sun and the love of family. As we mourn the loss of this strong and remarkable woman, Bonnie Lee Currie Gartner, let us also celebrate the incredible life she led and cherish the memories she left behind. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
