ELMIRA — A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 25 at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene for Brenda Katherine Power of Elmira, who died Aug. 29 of a brain aneurysm. She was 37. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, September 9 at the funeral home. She was born March 24, 1974, in Eugene to Eddie and Delilah Brewster Power. Survivors include her father; her mother and stepfather, Delilah and Gordon Mahar; a daughter, Cheylyn Pedder; two sons, Andrew Pedder and Kolton Snow; and four siblings, Ty, Tami, Lila and Lori, all of Oregon.
