Lexington, KY Brian Allen Drake, 48, died February 17, 2017. He is survived by his wife Tamara (Young) Drake; daughter Brittany Drake (18); son Dylan Russell Drake (9); stepson Joshua Johnson (27); mother Barbara (Bowlin) Drake and sister Karen Drake Gennuso. He is preceded in death by his father Donald Drake. Brian enjoyed his time participating and volunteering with Emmaus. He loved the outdoors and going fishing and camping with his kids. He was an excellent mechanic, with the mind of an engineer when it came to fixing or repairing almost anything. Brian had a good mind and was knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects. He loved to spend time working on computers with Dylan. His favorite times were spent working on art projects with Brittany and Dylan. Brian had a huge heart and would help anyone in need. He will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Information There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 5-7PM, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 7PM.
