Brian Scott Jacobsen

Brian Scott Jacobsen was born on January 28, 1981 in Tacoma, Washington. At 5 years old he moved with his mom and sister to Reedsport Oregon, where he attended Highland Elementary School, Jewitt Middle School, Reedsport High School and eventually graduating from Harbour Christian School. After High School Brian moved back to Tacoma and learned numerous skills from his Grandpa Ennis and Dad, Bob. With these skills, he was able to fix, repair, build or create just about anything. Brian had crazy ideas and a great sense of humor. He always had a joke to tell or a trick to show you, he never failed to make you smile or laugh. Brian went home to be with Jesus on April 28th, 2021 at 40 years old. He will always be remembered for his unconditional love, big hugs, quick wit, bold personality and a laugh that could be heard a few miles away. Brian is survived by parents, Cindy and Russell Stout of Prinville, Oregon; father, Bob Jacobsen of Tacoma, Washington; sisters, Cassandra (Tim) Kelly of Redmond, Oregon, Myndee (Ben) Herr of Reedsport, Oregon and Laynie (Ron) Wilson of Coos Bay, Oregon; his grandmother Alma J. Ennis of Tacoma, Washington, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
