Brian Hugh Ward, age 64, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017. Brian was born September 11, 1952 in Detroit, MI to the late James and Teresa (Travers) Ward and was the youngest of 10 children. He graduated Catholic Central High School and Wayne State Universtiy College of Pharmacy, both in Detroit. Brian worked as a pharmacist. Brian is survived by his wife Kathleen (Urbaniak) Ward; son Paul Ward; sisters Suzanne Sands, Mary Jo Hegarty, Teresa (John) Manning, and Nancy Ward; brother Terrence (Nancy) Ward; sisters-in-law Bridie Ward, Sandy Ward, Maxine Lizbinski, and Christine Urbaniak; brother-in-law Dennis Urbaniak; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by brothers James Ward, Fr. John Ward, Patrick Ward, and Daniel Ward; and brother-in-law Marty Hegarty. A visitation will take place on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 3pm – 6pm at Kraft Sussman Funeral and Cremation Services, 3975 S Durango #104, Las Vegas, NV 89147. A funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 10am at St. Joseph Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
