Brittani Ginette Sexton Busby, 32, of Lexington, South Carolina, wife of Brian Derek Busby, was called Home to be with the Lord December 10, 2017. She was born on October 4, 1985 in Mount Airy, NC to Mark A. and Sherri D. Sexton. Brittani is survived by husband, Brian Busby, daughters, Emilia (12), Madelyn (7), and Rosalee (3) of Lexington; Parents, Mark A. & Sherri D. Sexton of Cana, VA. She is also survived by her mother and father-n-laws, Mark & Lynn Branham and Robert & Janice Busby; Grandparents Twainette Massey Boyles, and Floyd & Edna Sexton; Sister and Brother-n-law Quinton & Ashley Leaphart with nieces Hailey & Addison and nephew Layton Leaphart and neice Mikayla Grace Cochran Keiswetter; Other in-laws include Joey & Bonnie Gregory and children, Carey Branham, and Danielle Robinson & children. Aunts and Uncles Barry & Anita Boyles, Steve & Susan Sexton, Harvey & Anna Boyles, and Shirley & Wayne Peele; Along with numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Mark Sexton, and her grandpa, William Harvey Boyles.
