Brooke Joyce Van Heusen
May 11th, 2004 - October 9th, 2007
Brooke Joyce Van Heusen, age 3, daughter of Nicole Van Heusen of Mayfield and Vincent Curtis of Gloversville, died Tuesday following an automobile accident. Brooke was born May 11, 2004 in Gloversville. In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by two brothers: K.J. DiScocia and Austin Curtis both of Gloversville, maternal grandparents, Jeanette Gary Schaaf of Mayfield and Nick Colasanti of Gloversville and maternal great grandparents, Sandra Quinn of Florida and Ruby and Paul Hansen of Asheboro, North Carolina. Brooke was pre-deceased by great grandparents, Eugene and Joyce Van Heusen. A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday from the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street. A balloon release ceremony will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery new section off South Kingsboro Avenue, Gloversville.
