SPRINGFIELD — A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at the Harrisburg Christian Church for Bruce Leroy Larson of Springfield, who died Nov. 17 of multiple myeloma. He was 69.Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City.He was born April 6, 1941, in Buffalo, S.D., to Roy and Janet Olson Larson. He married Gwen Schiller on April 8, 1969, in Carson City, Nev.He graduated from Harrisburg High School and attended Oregon State University. He worked at Georgia-Pacific plywood mill and Larson Wood Products.Survivors include his wife; five children, Brenda Hoiland of Junction City, Brian Larson of Bend, Delbert Henderson of Window Rock, Ariz., and Bridget Larson Hill and Brett Larson, both of Eugene; a brother, Zane Larson of Cheshire; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Burial will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City. Remembrances to Harrisburg Christian Church Kitchen Renovation Fund.
