Honoring a Father

Bruce McLean Scott, 60, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 12, 2024 with his family by his side. He was born in Lexington, KY on July 30, 1964 to the late Dorothy (Simms) and Kenneth Scott.

 

Those left to cherish his memory includes his daughter, Whitney (Mitch Barber) Scott; son, Jordan (Madison) Scott; sister, Sherry (Joe) Johnson; brother, Kenny (Lisa) Scott; and his significant other, Sandee Coyle. 

 

In addition to his parents, Bruce is preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Roberta Scott. 

 

Bruce was known for his love of deer hunting, but that was second to his love and passion for his children and Family.  

 

A visitation will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 from 3-7pm at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, followed by a funeral service at 7pm.
