He was born on May 1st, 1960 in Marion, Indiana to the late Emery and Myrtle Spencer Dozier. Bryon was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving as Chief Warrant Officer 4 and was a recipient of 3 Bronze stars. Byron was married to Kyle Fugate, of Winchester. In addition, he is survived by his daughters, Sarah (Robert) Bogue, of Colorado, Jessica (Cary) Vance, of Lexington, sons, Byron (Julia) Dozier, of Germany, Blake Toombs, of Winchester, grandchildren, Wyatt and Samantha Bogue, Kaylee Dozier, Joseph, Cassidy and Carleigh Bacon, one sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be Tuesday March 3rd at 7pm at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 until the time of service. Burial will be Wednesday, 10 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorial contributions are suggested to T.A.P.S. www.clarklegacycenter.com Funeral Information Funeral services will be Tuesday March 3rd at 7pm at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
