C. Bert Walker

C. Bert Walker passed away March 18, 2020 one day before his 91st birthday. A long time resident of Cocoa Beach, Bert was a retired Aerospace Engineer who worked on the Apollo program. Bert had a Masters Degree in Accounting and passed his CPA exam the first time. He enjoyed teaching at Rollins College. He loved talking to people and his family deeply He was a Navy Korean War Veteran. He loved Cocoa Beach and his house on the Banana River Lagoon. He reunited with the love of his life, Jeane who passed away 11 years ago. He is survived by Daughter, Debi Owens, son Jeff Walker, Daughter, Cheryl Wheelus (Ernie), 4 grandchildren Justin Owens, Sara Denney. Ross Wheelus, Amy D'Agostino, 7 Great Grandchildren, Kaylee and Jace, Joey and Jill, Liam, Rhys and Harper. Graveside services ill be held Monday, March 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Florida Memorial Gardens.
