Carl "Wink" Eugene Swink
June 9th, 1937 - October 22nd, 2015
Carl Eugene "Wink" Swink, age 78, of LaBelle, passed away October 22, 2015 in Fort Myers. He was born June 9, 1937 in Mount Pleasant, PA, to the late Robert and the late Helen Marie (King) Swink. Wink was a resident of LaBelle for the past 19 years and was retired master plasterer. He was a member of the South Central Florida Car Club and enjoyed restoring 1937 Chevy coupes and convertibles. He also enjoyed bass fishing and is a former member of Bassmasters. Survivors include his wife: Judith A. (Wiggins) Swink, son: Darrell Shane Swink, sisters: Viola Knerr and Rita Clark, Stepchildren: Novella Ricker, Denise Micheli Higgins, James Glen Weaver, Jerry Michael Weaver, Thomas Russell Weaver and Kindra Dawn Weaver; fifteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and special nephews: Mark & Christopher Swink. He also was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Jerome Swink A Celebration of Life will be Nov. 14, 2015, 12:00 noon at 4213 Fort Keis Ave, LaBelle Cremation Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
