Johnson, Carlene (Carter), 48, of Tampa, most of her life was in Plant City, passed away March 31, 2008. Carlene was born July 18, 1959 to Bessie Prayther and Rudolph Tucker. Carlene had a great love for her family and people. She would do all she could to help anyone that would need it. Survivors include her 2-daughters, Brandy and Brittney; sisters, Maxine, Phyllis, Francine and Felica; brother, Sam; family and friends.
