Carlos Manuel Rodriguez, born April 29, 1941 and passed January 4, 2021, a Merchant Marine, an Army Soldier and a Civil Servant. He leaves behind his wife Alicia Rodriguez, son Carlos M. Rodriguez Jr., daughters Eileen Rodriguez, Lizzette Ruiz and his grandchildren Ethan, Eric, Olivia and Daniel. Our father can be described as a hardworking man who cared for his family. He was also one to always go out of his way to lend a hand or to give advice to extended family, friends and others. He was also a generous and charitable man. He was a very honest and honorable man who will never be forgotten by the people that had the chance to know him. May our father Rest In Peace. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 10th, from 3-7pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 11th, 11:30 am at Frederick Loescher Veterans Cemetery, Spring Valley, NY.
