Having known Bud my entire life, I cannot think of a single occasion when he didn't arrive in a positive mood, transit that mood to others, and depart with everyone having benefited. I recall how my mom always had a smile whenever he arrived. I'm certain that Bud would want us all to move forward with that admonition make life better for others in all you do. Condolences to family and friends left behind. I do believe that Bud has gone on to bring others joy.

Mang Ben must have made heaven a happier place as he is one of the funniest and most genuine person I know. I only have a few moments shared with him as I only got to know him for maybe about 3 or 4 years, but he made an impact in my life and it was always fun to listen to his wisdom. My best memory of him were his full of groove dance moves (sometimes a little too groovy) and all the photo cutouts he shared. He was wise yet youthful. I am glad I got to meet him.

Rick frequented a restaurant I worked at. He always made sure to let you know how much he cherished you. He spoke about his son like he walked on water and made sure to tell you every time he saw you. He is deeply missed and will never be forgotten! 

I met Rick 12-14 yrs ago when we first moved to Sunflower in Tucson. He has been a wonderful friend since.  I have left here and returned 3x.  We could pick up where we left off.  I will miss him as he was always there   Nobody could do screening like he could and we will be lost without him. Rest in peace my dear friend. 

Rick has been a “lifelong “ friend. We first got acquainted in 1958 in elementary school in Andrews, TX & we graduated from high school in Lyons, KS. As adults, our paths would cross again in Tucson, AZ where we would at least get together every winter. Rick was one of those guys where you could pick up where you left off & he would never miss a beat. I “Tip My Hat” to you, my friend.

I have never forgotten when Rick & Janis came to Nebraska for my HS Graduation, I have always thought very highly of Rick and his accomplishments. I am  proud to call him my Cousin. I just recently made a trip to Tucson and feel very blessed that I did, I got to see Rick one more time before his passing. I will miss him and so many others will also! He touched the life’s of many!

I first met Brad in 1991 where we were assigned from each of our departments to DEA.  When I first met Brad we became friends and partners. Brad was one of the best U/C cops that I have known and worked with.  Brad could get into places where nobody could and worked with some dangerous individuals.  When there was a deal Brad was there and one you could always count on. He would work 24/7 if needed to to get the job done. He was always there to help other people when needed.  Brad would often drive his supervisors crazy by some of the things he would do but, he held himself to the highest standards of his law enforcement profession and his integrity was never challenged. He was my friend and my partner. Brad, Rest In Peace!
