Carmen Lowe

Carmen Stephens Guerrero Lowe was born on February 6, 1929 to Conrad Stephens and Vincella Guerrero in the Republic of Panama. She lived in a convent for many years as an orphan, as her mother had passed on early in her life. Katy was her only sister and recently passed, as well, in the Republic of Panama. Carmen migrated to New York in 1968 with her husband, Seaymoore Lowe and their children, Lorna, Orlando and Ivy. She held many occupations, including secretary at a brokerage firm and nurse (LPN) at HIP medical group. Carmen was a beloved grandmother to Heather, Antonio, Andre, Keyla and Latrell and was blessed with 7 great-grandchildren, Ayanna, Jacob, Naiomi, Malaki, Adonis, Nayshawn and Korey. She was also blessed to have made many extraordinary friendships throughout her life. Carmen's life exemplified the true meaning of grace, forgiveness and love. She will be forever missed.
