CAROL WILEY-HUBBARD, 64 of Port Charlotte died Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Englewood Community Hospital. Born on July 23, 1946 in Utica, New York she had been a resident of Charlotte County for twelve years coming from Middletown, CT. Mrs. Hubbard was a bank manager prior to her retirement to Florida. She was of the Episcopal faith. Survivors include her loving husband of sixteen years: Seth S. Hubbard of Port Charlotte, FL; her mother: Elizabeth Wiley of Huntersville, NC; two daughters: Kristin Crane and Kimberly Luby both of Middletown, CT; step-daughter: Joslynne Fox of Bradenton, FL step-son: Michael (Tanya) Hubbard of Sarasota, FL; one sister: Linda Phelps of Denver, NC; one brother: Douglas Wiley of Duxbury, MA and five grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 2:30 Pm at the Englewood Community Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 3070 South McCall Road, with Father Arthur Lee, Pastor of St. David Episcopal Church, officiating.
