Hubener (75), a 48 year resident of Merritt Island has died on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 leaving her husband of 58 years, Allen (Bucky) Hubener, 2 daughters, Jill Goff and Patricia Eldridge, 3 grandsons, Allen Goff, Brian Goff, Adam Eldridge and a granddaughter, who preceded her in death, Megan Eldridge. Happy to be a stay at home mom, she enjoyed her volunteering years with the Red Cross and Girl Scouts of America. She worked many years with Carnival Cruise Lines as a Ticket Agent and Hello Florida as a Tour Guide. In lieu of flowers, prayers and donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. A memorial service will be held at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Homes and Crematory, 101 N. Brevard Av., Cocoa Beach on Saturday, July 12th at 2:00 followed by a gathering at 1440 Sykes Creek Dr. Merritt Island to celebrate the life and wonderful memories of Carol. Carol was a dear friend, always willing to support with prayers and encouragement.She will be remembered for her fun loving nature, her devotion to family, friendships, and her Catholic faith. Godis with her now and we have our wonderful memories of her as her spirit lives on and on and on......
