LOMBARDI, Carol Ann, 73 of Land O’ Lakes, Florida passed away October 10, 2018. She was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Land O’ Lakes from Houston, Pennsylvania in 2018. Carol worked at Canonsburg Hospital for 40 years. She attended First United Presbyterian Church in Houston. Carol is preceded in death by her husband, James Lombardi and parents, George and Evelyn Dodd. She was survived by her son, John Karafilis and his wife Cindy; and two grandchildren, Maximus and Alexandra Karafilis. Services will be held in Pennsylvania.
