Carol Lynn Taylor

Carol L. (Hembury) Taylor Carol L. Taylor, 66, passed away on August 19, 2020 in Oregon City, Oregon. She was born in Seattle, Washington to Jon and June Hembury on February 1, 1954. Carol was raised in NW Washington, graduating from Bellingham High School, class of 72, she moved to Oregon in 1997. Carol married Doug Taylor on October 27, 1982 in Groton, CT. Carol was a dedicated Navy wife and mother. She loved her family and enjoyed singing. She was also a Karaoke Host but family defiantly came first. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Jon and Jun Hembury; and her sister, Constance Farrimond. She is survived by her husband, Doug Taylor of Molalla, Oregon; sons, Michael J Lowmon of Gig Harbor, Washington and William D. Lowmon of Tacoma, Washington; daughters, Brenda S Rainey (Aaron) of Dundee, Oregon and Heather A Taylor (Jeff) of Salem, Oregon and eight grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
