Corbin, KY Carol Ward of Corbin, KY, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on May 6, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Emerson and Mildred Jones. She is preceded in death by her sister Anna Cox. She is survived by her husband Arnold Zeb Ward; daughter Sonya (Jeff) Osman of Lexington; granddaughters Madison Ginn, Brittany (Michael) Dominick, Caitlin Osman and Ashley Osman; brother Dallas E. Jones of Indiana and several special nieces and nephews. She was an active member of Bacon Creek Baptist Church in Corbin, KY. She was passionate about her faith and her church family. Funeral Information A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2PM, Sat., Jan. 14, 2017, at Bacon Creek Baptist Church, 284 Bacon Creek Road, Corbin, KY 40701. The family will begin receiving friends at 1PM.
