Caroline Lee Frost
March 10th, 1943 - February 17th, 2014
CAROLINE FROST Mar 10, 1943 - Feb. 17, 2014 Born to Forrest Skyler Bodenhamer of Wisconsin and Minnie Cecil Tutor Bodenhamer of Texas, on March 10, 1943 in Los Angeles, California. Caroline Frost passed away February 17, 2014 after a valiant battle against Cancer at the age of seventy. She was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved her dogs, dancing and her guns. She was an excellent marksman. She enjoyed shooting at the range and was an honorary deputy with the Butte County Sherriff's Department where she lived in Paradise California. Caroline was proud to be an American and a member of the NRA. Little pistol packing mama standing only five feet tall she was a force to be reckoned with. She loved to write and wrote a book called "K-9 Heroes" about the K-9's that work with the police and give their lives for our safety. She was very passionate about her animals, which she loved very much for all her life. She was never without a dog by her side. She was a dog breeder during her life and raised, sold and showed Bearded Collies. She was very generous and donated what little she had to several church groups, the Arbor Day foundation and the ASPCA. Even though she had little in way of money she worked hard and taught her children the power of a job well done. Caroline cleaned houses for the residents of Paradise and gave service to the elderly. Hard work and strife are behind her now and she is at peace with the Lord she loved. She will be missed dearly! She is survived by her four children, Robert Switsen of California, Cheri Elliott of Curtis, Minnesota, Debra Lines of Elena, Utah and Deanna Maloney of Michael, California; her two grandchildren, Ella Mae and Aubrey Maloney and her brother, James Bodenhamer or Fran, California. The family would like to thank her good friends, Nelda, Nikki Jones and Marge Schwenger of Paradise, California, for all the love and support they gave her up until the end.
