Carolyn Sue Emerson 58, of Willows, California passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, California. She was born in Fresno, California to James Leslie Goalder of Missouri and Billie Jean Klien of Missouri. Carolyn was a secretary for the board of medicine for over ten years.
