Carolyn Louise Gainer

Psalm 118:17, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Sister Carolyn Louise Gainer, age 65 of Church Hill, TN, while surrounded by her loving husband and friends, Yeshua took her by the hand, and she entered into the glories of heaven on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Carolyn was born on October 11, 1957, in Orlando, FL to Robert Hester and Nancy Fuller. On July 14, 1984, Carolyn married her soulmate, and cherished friend, Lloyd Gainer, and after a wonderful life of faithfully serving Yeshua Messiah together, he survives. Carolyn was a true prayer warrior. Carolyn’s devotion to Yahweh was immeasurable. She was the first person who you would think of when you were in need of prayer. The love, gentleness, and comforting words of Carolyn’s prayers were truly from Yahweh. When Carolyn prayed, she prayed! Anytime and anywhere, if there was someone who requested prayer, she was faithful and ready to serve. Carolyn loved singing, dancing, and playing the tambourine when she worshipped Yeshua Messiah. She was a friend to everyone and brought unity in the body of Messiah. She was faithful and she did not compromise or waver in her faith. Carolyn was a virtuous woman who truly worshipped Yahweh, our Heavenly Father, with all of her might and soul. She was a spiritual mother to many. What you saw, is what you got; and what you saw in Sister Carolyn was the love and compassion of Yeshua Messiah. Carolyn will be dearly missed by all those who knew her, and her testimony and legacy will live on through those who love her. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Edward. Those left to cherish Carolyn and honor her memory are her husband, Lloyd Gainer; daughter, Tekana Robertson and husband Tyeast; son, Lloyd Gainer, Jr. and wife Nadia; grandchildren, Jermane, A’myri, Yehoshua, Ishonna, and Lloyd; sister, Linda Williams; and many loving nephews, nieces, church family and countless friends. Carolyn will be laid to rest during a private family graveside service. There will be a memorial service to honor Carolyn’s life and testimony held on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 1:00 pm at The Vineyard Fellowship. The Vineyard Fellowship is located at 112 Doak Ln, Limestone, TN 37681. The church is located on the old Washington College Academy campus.
