Carolyn Rae Martin

Carolyn Rae Martin was born on June 16 th , 1954 in Denver, CO to Glenda and Keith Dikeman and passed on December 21 st , 2021, at the age of 67. Carolyn grew up in south Denver, attended South High School and later attended Red Rocks Community College in Arvada. Carolyn met her beloved husband Paul, in the 2 nd grade and married on February 4 th , 1972. Soon after marrying they started their large family. Carolyn was loving and devoted to her husband and their 7 children, 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. She loved being surrounded by family and friends while traveling, camping and all gatherings. Over many years she enjoyed her always growing collection of elephants, watching her soap operas and of course the Denver Broncos. She is survived by her children Paul Martin III (Blake), Dwayne Martin (Kimberly), Lawana Martin, Joseph Martin, Brandi Freeny (Donny) and Dylan Martin. Her Grandchildren Allyicia Ramirez (Daniel), Thomas Martin Jr., Anthony Ramirez III, Bryan Martin, Madeleine Martin, Mason Martin, Jakob Martin, Renee Martin, Tyler Martin, Emmalyn Freeny and Brendyn Freeny. Her Great Grandchildren Eligh Swegle and Addelina Swegle. Her brothers Terry Dikeman and Larry Dikeman as well as her sisters Karen Headley and Jo Sailors. Carolyn was proceeded in death by her late husband Paul Harold Martin Jr., Son Thomas Lee Martin, Parents Glenda and Keith as well as many other loved ones. Service will be held on Saturday February 19 th @3pm. Cornerstone Baptist Church of Greater Denver 345 S. Meade St. Denver, CO 80219.
