Carolyn June Parks
January 9th, 1954 - November 13th, 2021
Carolyn Ann Parks was born in Cottage Grove, Oregon to Ray and June Parks on January 9, 1954. The family moved to Idaho in October 1973. Carolyn worked for Dr. Sam Pobanz for 12 years, for Malheur Council on Aging for five years and Gentry Ford Auto Dealership until 2018. She loved her church family, Payette Nazarene Church, her family and dogs, cats, goats and her yard work. Her brother preceded her in death. Carolyn is survived by her Mom and Dad; her sister Diana, her sister-in-law; niece Christina Eads (David); and great nieces and nephew. Carolyn and her family would like to thank all her caregivers at St. Luke's Hospital, MSTI of Fruitland, Dr. Brett Johnsen, Royal Villa Assisted Living and Canyon Home & Hospice Care. In memory of Carolyn memorials may be made to Payette Nazarene Church Youth Group and Children's Ministry, c/o Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, P.O. Box 730, Payette, Idaho 83661. Service Details.
