Carrol Elaine Wheeler passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 from natural causes. A funeral service will be held at 1 pm, Friday, November 22nd at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Weiser. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Nelson Wheeler. They were married July 29, 1946, together for 66 years when he passed away on July 8, 2012. She was born and raised in Weiser and passed away peacefully at home in Fruitland. She is survived by five children, Lonnie and JoLene Wheeler of Monument, Colorado; Lael and Scott Jaggi of Hyde Park, Utah; Trev and Becky Wheeler of Nampa, Idaho; Doran Wheeler of Fruitland, Idaho; and Maurine and Dave Burt of Fruitland, Idaho. She has 25 grandchildren, 83 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Service Details.
