Casey Dean Maes March 7, 1958-November 17, 2008 Age: 50 Residence: Greeley, Colorado Tribute: Casey Dean Maes was born in Denver, CO to Ben and Ruth (Maldonado) Maes. He grew up in Greeley and graduated from Greeley Central High School where he was an excellent athlete, playing football and studying tae kwon do. Casey served in the Marine Corp and attained the rank of Sgt. He enjoyed fishing and golf. He will be remembered as an exceptional person who’s laughter brought joy to others. Mr. Maes died Monday, November 17, 2008 at North Colorado Medical Center. Survivors: His mother, Ruth Connell and husband Ed of Greeley; his father Ben Maes of Pueblo, CO; two brothers, Cary Maes and wife Nancy of Greeley, and Dale Maes also of Greeley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by: Grandparents.
