Catherine A. Fitzgerald
March 10th, 1945 - January 10th, 2024
Warren-Catherine A. (Donley) Fitzgerald, 78, passed away peacefully at her home on January 10, 2024. Born in Burlington, VT on March 10, 1945, she was the daughter of Harry Donley and Phyllis (Larock) Scribner. Catherine grew up in Wales and has lived in Warren for many years. During her youth, she lived on a farm and enjoyed farming as well as vegetable gardening. For over 30 years, she ran Cathy's Daycare and cared for generations of children. Cathy will be dearly missed by her children, Tina Fitzgerald of W.Brookfield, Lynn Kularski and husband Russell of Ware, Jim Fitzgerald of Warren, Jay J. Fitzgerald and wife Nichole of Sturbridge along with 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Cathy also leaves her sister, Badona Kanka and brother, Rupert Story. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Joseph W. Fitzgerald in 2022, sisters, Esther Fisher and Wanda Raymond as well as brother, Harry "Skippy" Donley, Jr. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 17 from 4pm-7pm at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home with a service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in her memory to Adam Bullen Memorial Foundation, 8B Concord Court, Webster, MA 01570.
