I just today found out of your passing, over a year later, and I am heartsick. You were a beautiful, smart as a whip, feisty, sensitive, charming, and lovely young woman. I loved working with you. You were so much better than the circumstances which befell you. I trust and believe that you are in a place of healing, dear girl. And my prayers go out to your parents as well. "For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then shall I know fully, even as I am fully known."

Catie was my first crush in 4th grade and it lasted until I moved away after 9th.I remember my mom saying that I couldn't take my eyes off of her when she had her solo in the 50's program at Bridgeport. I heard about her passing today and my heart sunk. I'm sad that we lost touch after I moved away. My thoughts go out to her family and friends.

Catie.. You were my best friend in the 2nd grade when I moved to Tualatin - Mrs. Bell's class :-) Our childhood memories I'll always have & our silly giggles over the crushes we had. I picked a pink candle in your memory here because you were the brightest, most stunning girl. Thank you for sharing your laughter & smile. God has you now sweet girl.. Watch over us well!
