I did not know Rita long, but the few months she was in our Bible Study class showed her sweet personality, her love for God's Word, and her determination to count her blessings in the face of difficulty. She loved God's creation and thanked Him for the little things- the song of a bird and the beauty of a flower. Now she is surrounded by more beauty than we can imagine; young, beautiful, and dancing with joy in the presence of her Lord Jesus. 

I have so many memories! But my all time favorite was when she made Crissy and I meringue cookies for us while we "studied" for finals. We ate more cookies than we did any studying🤭. She was like my second mom! Rest in sweet peace "Mom".

We talked a lot about Rod yesterday  .
Newt spent a lot of time with him in Scouts,helping each other build houses etc.
He was such a good friend .

Doug and I are so very sorry for your loss.  We loved Rod and will miss seeing him puttering in the yard.  He was such a special person to us, as he was to your family.  Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Betty (Aunt Betty),
I am so sorry to learn of Rod's  (Uncle Rod's) passing. I can't tell you how influential you and Rod have been to me over the years. You both have always been so loving and kind to me, so thoughtful in all you did for years and years. I'll never forget our get togethers over a buffet lunch in Longmont every so often just to catch up as I grew older. Rod was and will always be remembered as a beautiful person to me and many. I'm sorry for your loss but know he's in a good place and at peace.

I am so sorry about Rod, I will miss him also but not as much as you all.  I am so sorry I was not able to make it to his funeral.  Another friend lost her husband the day before. We are so sorry to learn of Rod's passing.  Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. 

Betty and family: Neal and I will truly miss Rod. He always was ready with a smile and a comment as I walked by your home with our dogs Emma, Molly or Willow. Mostly he asked when I was going to retire. Ha! He always asked what we thought was wrong with his yard and we would always say, are you watering it enough and he would always answer, "oh yes!" That conversation went on for 17 years. Such a nice man and delightful neighbor.  

Dear Betty, Wendy, and Randy, we want to extend our deepest sympathies to you all. I know you must be so saddened. He was a great believer in his God and Saviour & one day not long from now we will all be living with Them in heaven. We were just down in Hudson at the Pepper Pod and drove around the Elementary School & I thought about you and your family and remembered what good students both Wendy and Randy were. Praying for your heavy hearts!

Betty, so sorry read about your loss. My memories of you all are flowing back. Our prayers are with you during this time. May God grant you comfort.

We are just so heartbroken that we put off and put off getting a family reunion put together.  We loved Rodney so much and as Steve said last night, "I had so much respect for that man!".  
Praise God that Rodney knew the Lord Jesus personally and we know we will spend eternity with him in heaven.  But as humans we will miss him until then.  
We love you and are praying for you through this time of grief.

She was a very loving person. Always made us feel welcomed. We went to their church and she saw us and immediately had us sit next to them. Introduced us to people and made us feel welcomed. Thank you Eva for being so gracious. I'll always remember that.

In my first year of DECA we were paired up as partners to make a hotel. The whole time we had no idea what we were doing. But we had a blast and worked amazing together. Rip girl my condolences to her family she was an amazing person inside and out

🕯️ Cathy, the beautiful mother to my God Daughter KT, may you rest in peace.  My heart aches for the loss of your loving soul and I will always remember you for your beautiful smile and your laugh.  Gone far too soon from your earthly life, but I know the Lord needed you.  I will always hold you in my heart and cherish our memories.  You are now an Angel and will watch over your children and family.  Fly high my longtime friend.
