She was a general contractor in the building industry. She was a graduate of St. Petersburg Catholic High School and the University of Florida. Survivors include her husband, David Looney, a son, Garrett Looney of St. Petersburg, her parents, Gerald and Gail Francati, a sister, Susan Francati, and 3 brothers, Steven Francati, Michael Francati and Gerald Francati, all of St. Petersburg.
