October 3rd, 1969 - September 11th, 2011
Cathy Ann Cain, 41, of St. Petersburg, passed away at home with her loving family and friends Sept. 11, 2011. Cathy graduated from Lakewood High School in 1987 and worked at Dayton Andrews Dodge in the service department for 20 plus loyal years. Cathy loved shopping, cats, and Teddy bears. She enjoyed many good times with all her friends and family. Cathy will be remembered for being on her own time schedule, for she was always late. She will be greatly missed by all, she was taken from us too soon. Cathy is survived by her mother, Shirley Cain; brother, James (Deborah) Cain; nephew Ryan Cain; sister Gayle (Danny) Young; grandmother, Aretta Smith; aunt, Dee Gibbon; and longtime loving friend Al Peddy and his children, A.J. and Christina. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, Sept. 24th at the David C. Gross Funeral Home in St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested in Cathy's name to Suncoast Hospice. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
