Cecelia Connelly, 63, of Hopewell, Virginia, passed away on September 20, 2024, in Peyton, Colorado.
She was born on October 19, 1960, to Robert and Olga Jones in Hopewell, Virginia.
Cecelia went to high school at Prince George High School and graduated in 1979.
She was the best gambling partner, and a loving wife. Cecelia was also a member of the Colonial Hights High Steppers, she could twirl fire.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Olga, and father, Robert.
Cecelia is survived by her husband, James Connelly.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Red Cross.
